Hos Duo Fasadsystem AB ansvarar du för kalkylering, upprättande av offert samt försäljning. Efter utförd försäljning planerar du projektet, upprättar tillverkningsunderlag, köper material samt ser till att produktion och montörer erhåller korrekta underlag för att kunna utföra entreprenaden.
Som projektledare är ansvar du för hela processen och ser till att allt flyter på, det vill säga logistik, planering, kommunikation med både kund och underentreprenör genom möten och telefonkontakt. Du är ute på fältet och agerar spindeln i nätet mellan kund, underentreprenörer och interna avdelningar. Du hanterar arbetsordrar, kommunicerar med ekonomiavdelning om fakturor och ser till att kunderna betalar i tid. Du tar in priser för diverse uppdrag, hanterar ÄTOR och sköter dialogen med eventuella besiktningsmän och utför kvalitetskontroller.
För att lyckas i rollen är du en självgående projektledare, du är driven och kommer gärna med nya ideér för affärsmöjligheter. Du är social, gillar att etablera nya kontakter och jobbar för att hitta nya samarbetspartners.
Vi söker dig som har
- Några års erfarenhet av liknande roll inom liknande byggbranschen
- Flytande språkkunskaper i svenska och goda kunskaper i engelska
- B-körkort
Vi lägger vi stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper, då de är avgörande för hur du kommer att lyckas i rollen och företaget. Vi förstår att man inte kan allting från början - men du ska ha en vilja att lära dig! Därför söker vi dig som är självgående, lösningsorienterad och har pondus. Som person är du även noggrann i ditt arbete och serviceinriktad i din kontakt med kunder och kollegor.
Kvalifikationer
För att trivas och lyckas väl i den här rollen bör du ha en grundläggande teknisk utbildning och/eller en allmänt god teknisk förståelse. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av liknande tekniskt säljarbete är det ett plus. Självklart krävs i denna roll också ett grundläggande intresse för människor och att göra affärer! Du bör vara införstådd med byggnadsprocessen och de krav och utmaningar dessa skapar.
Du bör vara noggrann och kunna hantera snabba vändningar då det ofta kan uppstå förändringar i ritningar eller underlag som används för beräkning.
Vi ställer stora krav på självständighet, kompetens, noggrannhet, flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga, både internt och externt.
Du bör ha teknisk förståelse kombinerat med en hög administrativ förmåga. Som offertingenjör jobbar du utifrån ett strukturerat och teamorienterat förhållningssätt, du är affärsfokuserad och har en utpräglad kommunikativ förmåga.
Goda kunskaper inom ritningsläsning och Autocad eller motsvarande är ett krav då arbetsuppgifterna i hög grad bygger på detta.

As a Junior Sales Engineer, you are the main support for the KAM-team to prepare and supply commercial documents for sales projects.

We believe this role is ideal for candidates recently graduated BSc or MSc in Industrial and Management Engineering with good technical understanding and preferably some relevant experience from administration of commercial contracts.

Your role


• Review and prepare comments for commercial contracts and Clause by Clause
• Prepare commercial offers including Pre-Calculations
• Support cross-functionally with necessary commercial information and training in sales tools

We assume


• You have BSc or MSc degree within the area of the responsibility, for example Industrial and management Engineering
• You have good technical understanding
• You can read and understand contracts, specifications and legal documents.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English
• You are organized and structured with an eye for details.

Success factors


• You are service oriented and ability to understand customer needs.
• You have experience of customer contacts, preferably B2B
• Self-motivated and structured way of working
• Strong in both written and oral communication
• Preferably you have basic CAD skills

As our Global Sales Engineer in Dellner train connection systems, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers during the Sales process, working in a Key Account Manager team reporting to the Global Sales Engineer Manager. In this role you will be the link between our head office and our local Sales Engineers in Germany, you will support them with the technical work and communication with other functions in Vika, Falun.

Working directly with the customers' engineers in parallel with the commercial sales team, you will translate customer specifications into viable technical proposals and project budget for submission to our global customer base. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of quotes, managed from their inception up to receipt of order and contribute to deliver well-defined, profitable solutions with known and managed risks.

The role involves variation and we think it´s ideal for candidates with a background in project engineering or product design.

Your role


• Point of contact for our customers for all technical issues in sales projects
• Review, discuss and negotiate the technical concept with customers
• Prepare technical offers, pre-calculations and clause by clause review
• Prepare 3D models and proposal drawings using Autodesk Inventor software
• Preparation of a detailed Technical Description and supporting documentation describing the main system functions and performance
• Preparation of a Technical Risk Assessment for the product and project
• Presentation of the technical concept at internal reviews

We assume


• You have BSc or MSc degree within the area of the responsibility, for example Industrial and management Engineering
• 3+ years relevant experience, preferably from manufacturing industry
• You have basic knowledge in 3D CAD, we use Inventor/Vault
• You have experience in creating drawings and technical product description

Success factors


• You are service and result oriented and it´s a plus if you have experience of customer contacts related to technical concepts
• Self-motivated and communicative with a good technical understanding
• Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude
• Excellent customer communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
