What you’ll do
Develop project plans and associated documents.
Ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance of your dedicated projects.
Manage relationships with customers as well as third parties.
Handle stakeholder management and work package control.
Oversee duties such as risk management, cost control, and procurement coordination.
Support the project team in managing and completing job processes successfully.
Provide technical guidance during the important installation and commissioning phases.
Validate project statements of work and contract terms.
Develop procedures for FAT, SAT, and site logistics.

Essential for the Role
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a Business degree is a plus.
Experience in project management within construction or engineering sectors.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Demonstrated commitment to task completion and accountability.
Experience with Data Center projects is advantageous.
Familiarity with construction industry regulations is beneficial.
Willingness to travel within Sweden and internationally.
Fluency in English and Swedish is desired

Som servicetekniker inom kylsystem har du en nyckelroll i att leverera service och support av högsta kvalitet, samtidigt som du hjälper våra kunder att få ut maximalt värde av sina system.

* Installation & Underhåll: Installera, inspektera, underhålla, felsöka och reparera kundutrustning för att säkerställa optimal prestanda och tillförlitlighet.
* Teknisk support: Ge kvalificerad teknisk support för Schneider Electrics produkter samt konkurrerande utrustning och hjälp kunder att lösa sina utmaningar på ett effektivt sätt.
* Mentorskap: Dela med dig av din kunskap och expertis till nya teammedlemmar och främja en kultur av lärande och samarbete.

Din profil
* Relevant utbildningsbakgrund, exempelvis examen inom elektronik, el, mekanik eller liknande område, eller motsvarande erfarenhet från arbetslivet.
* Tidigare erfarenhet från en liknande roll är meriterande och visar på både teknisk kompetens och god kundfokus.
* Samarbetsinriktad inställning och förmåga att arbeta effektivt tillsammans med interna team samt kommunicera tydligt.
* Vilja att lära sig nya kompetenser, utvecklas och använda digitala verktyg som är utformade för våra servicetekniker.

Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som serviceingenjör utförs ditt arbete antingen ute hos kund eller på kontoret. Ditt arbete är att programmera fastighetssystem med hjälp av funktionsblocksprogrammering som sätts upp på plats hos kunden och kopplas till en överordnad dator för styrning. Utöver detta ingår hålla en dialog med kundernas olika avdelningar inom bland annat IT för att säkerställa att du får tillgång till servrar för att kunna genomföra ditt arbete. Du säkerställer funktioner genom att testköra systemen och funktionerna du har tagit fram i samråd med kunden.
Till din hjälp har du en dedikerad mentor som tar dig under sina vingar samt kollegor med expertkompetens inom sina respektive områden, projektledare och affärsutvecklare som har otroligt bra dialoger med kunder och samarbetspartners.
Vi söker dig som:
Har koll på IT-nätverk och kanske även BACnet, Modbus eller LON. Bara intresset finns hos dig tror vi att du kan lära dig. Meriterande är kunskap inom El eller VVS, men det är inget krav för tjänsten.
Som person tror vi att du har ett genuint teknikintresse och kan ta eget ansvar och initiativ i tjänsten. Du vill utvecklas och att du tar ansvar över din egen utveckling samt det arbete du utför. Vi blir glada om du vill sprida glädje tillsammans med oss!
