We are now hiring a Technical Product Owner based in our headquarters in Falun, Dalarna.
What you do
You will take full ownership of the technical execution and lifecycle management of a product family. You will:

Oversee the functionality and performance of the products across different clients, markets, and requirements.


Lead and coordinate  development of new solutions  as well as maintenance of existing products.


Act as technical ambassador for the products you are responsible for. Providing guidance to internal teams, suppliers, and customers.


Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring timely execution in alignment with company priorities.


Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Business Owners and teams within as well as outside Development, to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution.


Ensure product delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with our development models and procedures.

Your skills

Experience working across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to finished product on the market.


Strong technical foundation in a relevant field.


Familiarity with industry standards/European Directives and best practices in hardware, software, project management, and product management.


Solid technical understanding of HW/SW and system architectures.


Fluent in English, orally and written


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering within a relevant field or equivalent experience.

We are now hiring a Test Engineer with equipment responsibilities to be based in the Test & Validation team in Falun.
What you do
As Verification Engineer you are responsible for testing new products during CTEK’s Product Development according to test plans and procedures. You also work with changes to existing products to make sure they comply with established specifications. The role also includes;
· Responsibility for sourcing, maintaining and calibration of lab equipment and facilities.
· Responsibility for developing test procedures, processes, and facilities.
Who you are
· Self-organized, methodical and logical.
· Good understanding of laboratory etiquette and accurate data acquisition.
· Good communication skills, both written & oral in English Language and preferably Swedish.
· Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
Your skills
· Strong understanding of test equipment and methodologies, including maintaining records for equipment.
· Proficient in using calibration tools and software.
· Inspections and preventative maintenance on lab equipment to ensure performance and to minimize downtime.
· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We are now hiring a Graphic Designer during six months maternity leave (May 1st-Oct 31st) based in the Marketing team at our headquarters in Falun.
What You Do:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop marketing materials such as social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, packaging, and corporate presentations.
Update existing packaging artwork to reflect new design guidelines.
Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, ensuring brand consistency.
Support the Art Director in maintaining and applying brand guidelines across all visual content.
Design illustrations, icons, infographics, and layout concepts to elevate marketing campaigns.
Assist in standardizing design templates to improve workflow efficiency and organization of digital assets.

Who You Are:
A creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling.
Comfortable working in a collaborative marketing environment, where you will contribute ideas and refine designs based on feedback.
A team player who enjoys working closely with others to bring visual projects from concept to final execution.

Your Skills:
Several years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or creative setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Who you are
You are a tester of electronic products and embedded systems. You are careful and thorough in your daily work and know how to clearly explain to stakeholders the outcome of the validation.
Your skills
We expect that you have degree within relevant area and/or experience from test and validation. Knowledge about regulatory standards for battery charging and electrical vehicle supply equipment is a bonus. You are fluent, both verbal and written, in our corporate language English.

Execute the projects according to CTEK Product Development System (CPDS) and CTEK Agile Framework including follow up of relevant KPI:s
Define Releases/Milestones according to CPDS
Close the projects and document in a Final Report
Manage and report project cost, time, status & risks and product cost
Ensure Milestones are well defined, understood and connected to Epics
Oversee quality assurance efforts to guarantee all project outputs adhere to the highest standards

Who you are
